If you're having trouble running Scout, make sure you have Java 6 or 7 installed and Adobe Air.

Java must be in one of it's default locations:

• C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe
• C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe

The easiest way to do this on Windows is to run this:
