  1. Don't pickle @nowarn annotations... 

    ...by special-casing them.

In principle we have `extends Annotation` vs `extends StaticAnnotation`
for that, but sadly `ConstantAnnotation extends StaticAnnotation`, so
we don't get to choose for those :-/
