To run the application, you need to install PhoneGap Desktop App on the computer and PhoneGap Developer App. After you run the server, you can connect see your project on mobile devide by providing IP address and port of server.
PhoneGap Desktop app v 0.4.5 on Windows 10 requires manuall adding exception to Windows Firewall.
