Framework & AI engine for Scrabble-based word games.

Currently includes: 
* A script for training dictionary knowledge - guess whether a word is in the game's dictionary. 
  Run tools/litrain.pl --man for help.

 * perl-doc   for viewing man-pages of Perl scripts.
