It's one that I personally like. Feedback, additions, removals, opinions appreciated.
I'd really like to add an E-Mail as well. There is a placeholder there. I didn't want to use my personal one here but I guess we can either setup a new gmail account up that forwards the mails to us or someone just uses his own.
Or we remove the part. Again, discussion :)
