Files with non ascii filenames

Windows 7 is deprecated, and current OSes fully support Unicode. If you are going to compress files that contain characters outside of the IBM Code Page 437 (Extended Latin Alphabet), you should set Zip.unicode_names = true.

Unicode may become the default encoding in v3.0
