Fixes rubocop#9729. This PR fixes an error for `Style/IfUnlessModifier` when variable assignment is used in the branch body of if modifier.

This PR fixes an error for
Style/IfUnlessModifierwhen variable assignment is used in the branch body of if modifier.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
