[Fix #10921] Fix an error when processing configuration file

Fixes #10921.

This PR fixes an error when ERB pre-processing of the configuration file.

Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:

• The PR relates to only one subject with a clear title and description in grammatically correct, complete sentences.

• Commit message starts with [Fix #issue-number] (if the related issue exists).
