  1. Fix RSpec/FilePath when checking an empty class 

    Remember that `RSpec/FilePath` checks *all* files - not only
**/*_spec.rb. And when some class defines e.g. an empty class, the
`TopLevelGroup` module would raise an error.

Fixes #999.
