I have fixed tests for 3.7 but it seems opencv-python is not available for python3.8 yet, see opencv/opencv-python#253. So for now, I am going to remove 3.8 from travis tests. Or do you want to do something else? |

In addition to updating
setup.py, I have also updated travis to test on all python versions we are interested in.
