ShadowWrangler was updated to use MethodHandles.privateLookupIn to find protected constructor MethodHandles to invoke via invokespecial. MethodHandles.privateLookupIn is only available in JDK 9+. Add a workaround to support invokespecial constructors for JDK 8. PiperOrigin-RevId: 439715765
