- Bump targetSdk and compileSdk to 32 for integration_tests.
- Bump ATD to API 32 for GMD.
The compat-target29 should keep to 29 because it is used to test integration compatibility problem for targetSdk 29. Signed-off-by: utzcoz <utzcoz@outlook.com>
The aosp-atd and aosp for API 32 don't been released, so it switches to use google images. Signed-off-by: utzcoz <utzcoz@outlook.com>

I cannot promise an ETA but I'm working on aosp-atd 32 right now. I'm not sure about aosp |
Thanks. I will migrate to aosp-atd image when it is released. |
