Common static files needed in Rentier.

• Before make any changes to existing files, make sure (check in all repositories) is the file isn't used.
• Every commited changes to master branch will be automatically deployed and available at https://static.rentier.io in few seconds.
• Every other commit creates isolated deployment instance. You can get URL from automated commit status or comment at github.
• Files are hosted at https://now.sh.
