Replacement with precise testing:

-$this->assertArraySubset([
-   'cache_directory' => 'new_value',
-], $checkedArray);
+$this->assertArrayHasKey('cache_directory', $checkedArray);
+$this->assertSame('new_value', $checkedArray['cache_directory']);
