It seems for by assign ,it is already in https://github.com/rectorphp/rector-src/blob/main/rules-tests/TypeDeclaration/Rector/Property/TypedPropertyFromAssignsRector/Fixture/generic_object_type.php.inc however, it is not working if no assign. |

It was added at rectorphp/rector#6378 but possibly removed due to extracting to TypeDeclaration rules.
This PR try to re-add its functionality.
