These changes were required to allow the RSpec tests to pass.
Initial stage for a further upgrade, this updates the gem used for the current Ruby version.
Will not be merged
Removed therubyracer gem as it was failing to build locally.
Moving from
Net::LDAP::LdapErrortoNet::LDAP::Erroras the original was removed
