React-Static - Basic Example

This project is to demo react-static/react-static#652.

1. Run using yarn stage && yarn serve. (Running with yarn start will not reproduce the issue)
2. Go to http://localhost:3000/
3. Click 'blog' in the header and validate that the page loads fine
4. Refresh the page and you should see 404 page
