The total range of the DAC is 16 bits, with 0 the lowest code and 2**16-1 the highest.
Possible output ranges are [-10, 0], [-10, 10], and [0, 10].
Writes the S0; command to the dac.
This allows for a hardware voltage divider behind the DAC that is compensated in software. The division factor can be set for all channels or for each individually at instantiation.
