For python-pillow/Pillow#6941.

Adds Python 3.12 wheels for macOS. Updated multibuild to include multi-build/multibuild#505

And of course x86_64 and arm64 are both 64 bit :)

multi-build/docker-images#41 has been merged, and I've updated multibuild to include multi-build/multibuild#509 (and multi-build/multibuild#508 because of multi-build/docker-images#40).

So this PR now supports Python 3.12 on Linux as well.

python-pillow/Pillow#7167 has been resolved, so I've created #389 to provide fribidi, harfbuzz and raqm features on Python 3.12 for macOS.
