INTERNALERROR> TypeError: unhashable type: 'ExceptionChainRepr'

Passes with py38-pytestmaster now, so could be merged.

IIRC this is a regression test.
It does not have conflicts - what's the problem?

@nicoddemus Can you please configure the project to require updated branch, so we can see and press update button on reviews? W/o it we cannot update PRs that are old and the original CI status reported on them is no longer relevant. Tx.
