Summary of changes
This change injects change categories into the static changelog using the
historic data from Git as a follow-up for
#2399 (comment).
I'm not sure if the script I used for the first data extraction step is
useful in the repo so I'm not enclosing it but you can find it attached
to #2399 (comment).
