+Fixed behaviour when both ``install_requires`` (in ``setup.py``) and
+``dependencies`` (in ``pyproject.toml``) are specified.
+The configuration in ``pyproject.toml`` will take precedence over ``setup.py``
+(in accordance with PEP 621). A warning was added to inform users.
