Just keeping up-to-date with the latest
actions/*major versions as it does not break anything in the workflows.If maintainers prefer/want, we could setup dependabot for this in order to keep up-to-date / be warned of trouble ahead. It wouldn't generate to much PRs given the actions are not bumping major versions very often.
