Add a mention for Librera FD reader for Android.
I think it is worth mentioning as I found it is the only actively maintained PDF (and epub) reader on Android with text-to-speech (can either use the device's TTS or the opensource RHVoice). It also is the only app with a very customizable TTS parser (ie, it allows to define regex rules to include/exclude text to send to the TTS).
