Hugo with WindiCSS template

It is a simple integration of Hugo and WindiCSS for building a static website

Instruction

Use either NPM or Yarn to install dependencies. (NPM is preferred due to the lockfile.)

• npm run dev starts development server.
• npm run build builds for production.
