Mass notifier plugin for Elgg

== REQUIREMENTS ==
  * Required version of Elgg is 1.7.6 (http://elgg.org/download.php)
  * Plugin catalog name should be: massnotifier

== INSTALLATION ==
  * Place into mod/ catalog of Elgg instance (<ELGG_ROOT>/mod/).
  * Enable plugin.

== DESCRIPTION ==
Current version 0.1 of the plugin will send a message to all Elgg users regardless of their notification preferences.

== NOTES ==
  * Please note that translation files are full of comments regarding placement of translation in the plugin. In addition to that any translation line (elgg_echo() method) has a /*translation:DOMAIN:IDENTIFIER*/ before it. This is because of an automatic translations_picker script is being used for that purpose.
