Adds nullOr* tests almost everywhere and some non-empty-string related tests that show behaviour that is not correct. Some of it can be fixed with phpstan/phpstan#6329 or internal changes here.
The reason is, obviously, to avoid introducing bugs with future refactoring, fixes and features :)
