This was already supposed to happen, but wasn't implemented correctly

thx for working on the problem. I can confirm that with the patch applied on my windows box the analysis now is ~2 seconds faster then before. without the patch it takes 8-8.5 seconds. with the patch applied its 6-6.5. |

I ran another test with the pathological example of phpstan/phpstan#7637 (comment) before this PR I had to interrupt phpstan after 47 minutes and with the patch it finished in 7 seconds. |
