Updated most examples (related to rust-windowing/winit#2876). The imgui-winit wasn't updated because it relies on imgui-winit-support which hasn't been updated in a while (see imgui-rs/imgui-rs#749)

Hi! This doesn't actually do anything. It's enough to use cargo update to increase the locked version to the latest patch revision without changing any of the Cargo.toml files. And I'm planning to do that anyway to resolve #377.

* Update lockfile

Closes #377 and #380

* Bump MSRV for `cfg-expr` 0.15.5

`cfg-expr` is a transitive dependency for `minimal-tao` on Linux.
