Notes

Please be aware that due to #273, it is not compatible to use buildpacks that target older versions of libpak while using a newer version of create-package to assemble those buildpacks. For example, if you have buildpacks that use libpak 1.66.2, but you are packaging offline buildpacks with create-package from 1.67.0 then you will see issues as reported in #288. If you use 1.66.2 create-package then you will get an offline buildpack that is assembled correctly.

The Paketo team is in the process of updating all of the buildpacks to use libpak 1.67.0, so until that happens this problem may occur. We anticipate having this corrected for the weekly release on 9/29/2023.
