Short description

This PR updates react-native to the 0.73.6 version to fix an iOS compilation error related to the Flipper integration. Relevant issue.

List of Changes

  • Upgrade both root and example app according to the upgrade helper;
  • Upgrade pod dependencies lock file.

How Has This Been Tested?

Run yarn at root level and in the example folder. Then reinstall pods in the example folder and run an iOS build.
