PyDirectio rewritten from scratch

UPDATE: Thanks to @jpetazzo, this version is uploaded to PyPi.

This implementation works on Linux 2.4+, 3+ and with python 2.7+, 3.4+ (unlike directio 1.1).

Mmap is used for aligned buffers.

• get rid of hard-coded 512 alignment in error checking
