- corrected reference to ipfs.js
- corrected build instructions so browser libs are correctly copied
- added workaround to README in case browser isn't opening (under MacOS)

I checked into that too a bit. There seems to be an issue with open-cli on Mac. But I am not sure if it is the same reason or related. sindresorhus/open-cli#12 |
