The reference section in the PDF doesn't look right. I'm not sure what's going on there, but we'll need to fix it before we can merge this. |
The CSL allows only integer lineheights, so we modify this value in the `refs` div.

The bibitem spacing issue is resolved and I verified that the new reference PDFs are visually identical to the old versions. Ready to merge. |
