Adds barcode sample images #1150

Adds regression for barcode detector settings. Samples have naturally challenging backgrounds for spotting false positives and all of them can be completely detected and decoded with a minimal tune of the barcode parameters.

Feature barcode detector parameters #24903

Attempt to solve #24902 without changing the default detector behaviour. 
Megre with extra: opencv/opencv_extra#1150

**Introduces new parameters and methods to `cv::barcode::BarcodeDetector`**.

Closed as test was re-written with existing barcode images.
