What this PR does / why we need it:
I created a fork here https://github.com/open-component-model/cobra
Applied the in question fix and set up a midnight everyday auto update syncer that will auto approve and merge PRs.
Right now, the action fails if there are no changes. This can be ignored by setting
ignore_fail: true. But sadly, that will ignore every failure not just the no change failure.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
