Regularly builds and deploys a new runner image to be used by Nuxeo Web UI.
kubectl- k8s cluster (if the
webuinamespace doesn't exist, one is created by thebuildworkflow)
To test the runner image locally, you need to have docker installed and run:
> docker image build .
> docker run <IMAGE_ID>
