The first commit is based on #6406.
Will also copy-and-modify testcases in #6406 into this PR.

Marked as draft for now.

TODOs:

each dispatcher in exec code body is a brand-new one, they don't relate to the same dispatcher for the same function in exec code body. This incurs it will load the disk cache each time if enabling cache.


          first try: add _StringSrcCacheLocator in caching
