Cleanup of virtualenvironment image (decom) (evryfs#241)

* Remove update check for virtualenvironments

* [ci skip} Add note about the master image

* Spellcheck, add in notice about the last version.

* Add in deprecation notice in the Dockerfile as well for good measure [ci skip]

* Refer to master tag [ci skip]

* Spellcheck again [ci skip]
