Background
This PR fixes the broken homepage pages alongside re-enabling the skipped Cypress tests.

ESLint Bug
There was a bug within
eslintthat prevented our Lint GitHub Action to pass. There's a thread on this bug with a working solution that we use mentioned here: eslint/eslint#16896
