Updates
dependabot.ymlto use the recently-addedgroupsconfiguration which will group all updates for a single package ecosystem into a single PR, hopefully helping to reduce a bit of toil on our end.(Unfortunately, because of our use case where we have multiple entries for the
nugetecosystem, the grouping doesn't quite work yet and we'll still see multiple PRs for NuGet updates if they occur across different projects - I included the configuration anyway so it'll start working automatically when it's supported.)
