Description

Updated the info on finding project name in the Neptune app plus some minor fixes.

Related to: ClickUp 86940tqya

Looks like the mnist module isn't working anymore. Will need to replace this with another library.
Will push code changes to both the notebook and script.
The quickstart docs will also need to be updated
