kulshekhar/ts-jest#2612 によると、 Jest と ts-jest は同時にバージョンを上げる必要があるらしい。（まぁそりゃそうだよねって感じはするが）
Development ブランチで、 #636 と #638 の両方をマージしたら CI で Pass できるのかを確認し、 master へマージする
