Role of this WIKI

This wiki should be use for two purposes:

1. As a means for any user to post any useful tricks or suggestions to others. You should be able to post to this wiki without the normal review procedures for code submission or submission for fixes to the user manual.
2. As a means to post dynamic issues that are sort of like a preprint of a peer reviewed paper. e.g. if you find an error or misleading statement in the user manual this wiki provides a way to post the workaround until the issue is resolved. Another way to say this is to treat it like an issues page for documentation issues.
