chore(directory): First version of model update scripts

What are the main changes you did:

• Update client module is created with which a BBMRI-ERIC Directory schema or BBMRI-ERIC Staging area can be (re)created.
• Besides the update client a general run module is created which calls the update client with certain parameters based on information in the environment variables.
• The third module that is created is an update_version module in which, if necessary data transformations can be put.
