It doesn't work due to some protobuf issue on Windows 🤔

I removed the cache in this case. Honestly this is only a little bit faster than our existing CI, since that one caches installed packages pretty well. We can merge it later when the Windows issue is fixed but I won't look at it more for the time being. |
