Make sure IPv6 is enabled on the bridge, for IPv6 #8890

IPv6 can be disabled on the bridge; if we're about to add an IPv6 address we should enable it first.

The easiest way to do this is to the last commit:

git commit --amend -s --no-edit && git push -f
