Simple web site to show stats about the 0xBTC ERC-20 token (link)

TODO

• add a 'minimum step size' to the graphs page to prevent the case where someone loads the graph at 12:30AM and there is a very short step from about 11:30- 12:30. This step causes the graph to average a hashrate over this small time window. When there are no mints in this window the graph draws a zero point for the most recent value. (screenshot from @wwwmmm)
• add selectors to change graph window size (30 days, 60 days) and resolution
• move more of the static html (table header rows etc) from js into .html files
• add a set of useful links to the footer of the site
• add btc/0xbtc price graph
• switch over completely to Vue
• on difficulty/hashrate graph, trim difficulty dataset to match start date of the hashrate dataset
• add an 'age' column to the pools table
• add top holders pie chart
• use lastDifficultyPeriodStarted to find/iterate over difficulty changes
• modify hexcolor algo to pick a random hue, leaving saturation/value constant
• colorize the miner names in the 'block distribution' table
• add human-readable dates next to the eth block numbers in stats
• improve hashrate graph accuracy: currently, we load a set of time 'windows' and calcualte hashrate for each window, using the difficulty value set at the end of the window. A better technique: if window is over blocks 1-300 and diffuculty changes at block 100, 1/3 are at low diff and 2/3 at high diff. Verify that this is fixed
• scale y-axes in hashrate/difficulty graph such that the values on corresponding axes match up. This way difficulty will visibly approach hashrate line on graph
• graphs to add:
  • pie chart to 'block distribution' section
  • power consumption?
  • total hashes over time
  • token holders over time
  • token transfers / day
  • contract transactions / day
  • stacked line graph showing different miners hashrates over time
  • gas spent on mint()s over time
  • "estimated time until retarget" over time

BUGS

• On first page load, the last hashrate point may not display. Refreshing the page causes the value to display. Need more testing to find source.
• When loading graphs, occasionally the last epoch value loaded is 0, which causes hashrate to be a very large negative number.
