Microsoft IoT Central firmware for MXChip and Raspberry Pi 2/3

Initial 1.0 release of the firmware examples for Microsoft IoT Centra. Firmware for both the MXChip (AZ3166) board and Raspberry Pi 2/3 with Pi Sense Hat.

The code is in active development so please log any issues or suggestions in the issues tab so we can improve this over time.

Bug fix and stability Microsoft IoT Central firmware for MXChip and Raspberry Pi 2/3 hardware

• MXChip and Raspberry Pi are now functionally equivalent in telemetry, settings, and properties
• Stabilizing both applications for longer runs
• Lots of bug fixes
