Merge all tasks in build config Node20_229_8 to Node20_229_14 into base tasks;
Clean up generated tasks in generated folder;
Update versionmap.txt file and bump up task versions;
Remove _buildConfigMapping section in task.json and task-loc.json;
Update make-options.json;
